The deadline for participating in the call for grants to NGOs for the implementation and development of international cooperation projects, will remain open until Friday 7 November (05/11/2008)

The Department of Citizenship and Development Cooperation recalls that NGO, NGOs, local area interested in participating in the call for subsidies for the development of international cooperation projects, may submit projects until Friday 7 November.

The Local Government Committee at its last meeting, agreed to open the period for submission to the announcement of grants to NGO's (Non Governmental Organizations for Development) to develop international cooperation projects with budgets of 2008 and taking priority projects submitted by NGO's in implementation or representation in the municipality.

The NGO's interested may submit projects through the Citizen Service Center addressed to the Department for Development Cooperation to be the deadline for them until the November 7, 2008.

The head of the municipal department, Juan Carrion Tudela, recalled that the primary objective of the Department for Development Cooperation is to support NGO's to implement international cooperation activities.

In this way, the mayor stressed that for 2008 will prioritize the projects submitted by NGO's in implementation / representation in the town of Totana.
