The Department of Social Welfare, through the Department of Immigration Hall, organized a trip to Granada to promote intercultural understanding and coexistence between the two locations, which took place last Sunday and was attended by 55 people.
This activity is part of the activities of awareness that the Department is developing to promote knowledge and acceptance of diversity and cultural coexistence present in the town and its surroundings, which are framed in the program "Intercultural Fall."
During the course of the trip they visited places like the exterior of the cathedral, the Alcaiceria, Generalife Gardens, the Museum of San Leopoldo, and the Alhambra including the Alcazaba, Nazari Palaces and the Generalife.
The trip was a large turnout attended by 55 people, including four children, 17 people of immigrant origin and the rest native to the town of Totana.
