The Department of Comprehensive Maintenance Services and the City has completed the work they have solved the problems of pressure in the potable water service to 23 homes suffered the Moratín street in the neighborhood Tirol-Camilleri, as reported by Councilman municipal area, Sergio López.
The work has had a budget of 34,000 euros and have been undertaken by operators in the company of Municipal Water Service Totana, Urbaser.
The mayor explained that these actions were carried out in response to requests from residents of the area, which suffered from problems of low water pressure in their homes due to the decrease of the section in the polyethylene pipe that channels water as a result of fouling deposits on the walls.
Lopez has said that it has replaced the old pipe by a PE of 90 mm in diameter and 10 atmospheres of pressure.
In total, it has renewed a stretch of 133 meters where the housing and has placed a valve that will ensure water supply shut off in case of damage to the area.
