The Local Government recently awarded the drafting and implementation blueprint for the "Renovation of the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja, Enrique Mínguez Martínez, amounting to 24,592 euros and a period running until December 15 this year, under a grant from Department of Housing and Architecture for the same amount.

The winner of Project ideas for the renovation of the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja, convened by the Council of Totana, corresponded with the slogan: "Solisombra", the team formed by Enrique Mínguez Martínez, María Vera Moure, Emin Engin Kemik, Aurora Domínguez Martínez, Diego Meseguer Garcia and Jesus Garcia Fuentes.

Through the renovation of the old central square raft, the Department of Planning and Sustainable Development aims to revitalize and strengthen the use of this space, giving it its own character and where possible to accommodate multiple uses, from the walk, rest and social relations.

To this end, a competition of ideas that were a total of 16 papers.
