The PP file a motion to create a commission of inquiry "to clarify the authorship of the false allegations to the general urban development plan" (23/09/2008)

Municipal People's Party will propose to the House for the month of September, the creation of a commission of inquiry to "clarify the authorship of the false allegations to the General Plan of Urban Planning."

"The popular group presented to the Municipal Corporation moved that action be taken to investigate", as announced by the Municipal spokesperson, José Antonio Valverde Reina, who said that "this proposal will be raised in Parliament before the barrage of neighbors who have moved into the Council to show their outrage at having been a forgery of his signature and a usurpation of his person in the process of submission to the General Urban Plan of Totana.

"The commission of inquiry proposed by the municipal group should clarify the responsibility for the events to know why they have done."

Also, as noted Valverde Queen "this committee will give to possible prosecution in the case in which the authors demonstrate that the false allegations may have committed a crime of impersonation, among others."
