The Youth Council has organized a workshop on "Graphic Design" targeted at local youth, to be conducted during the months of October and November in the Socio-Cultural Center "The Jail" which aims to raise awareness, understanding and managing basic concepts involved in the process of graphic design.
Through this workshop is to give the participant an option to explore and develop their creative and expressive potential through knowledge and understanding of concepts and their application to design specific exercises.
This training, 30 hours, will be held on 3, 4, 17, 18, 24 and 25 October and on 7 and 8 November on Fridays from 17 hours to 21 hours (except on 7 November , which is conducted in 17horas to 20 pm) and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 (except on 8 November, from 10:00 to 13:00).
The course content is divided into four blocks such as the Introduction to Graphic Design (4 hours), Rules of Graphic Design (4 hours) Graphic Design Tools (16 hours), and the Final Project Workshop (6 hours) and when the same shall be granted diploma issued by the city of Totana
The course which costs 26.50 euros is aimed at young people aged between 14 and 30 who are interested in the subject.
According to reports from youth, it is not necessary to have a design background, as the course starts from a basic level.
The registration period is open until September 26 and people who are interested can do the registration and further information on the Youth Council, located in the Socio-Cultural Center Jail in Palm Gardens Camacho, or by calling Phone 968 42 28 17 / 968 42 25 56 in the mornings from Monday to Friday from 10:00 hours to 14:00 and Tuesday evenings and Wednesday from 17:00 to 20:00.
