The councilman of Promotion, Employment and New Technologies, Trini Cayuela, closed the free course "Basic Computer and Internet", which has developed during the months of May and June in the Hall of Open Access Local Development Centre, with participation of a dozen women from the city.
The mayor proceeded to award diplomas and also encouraged the attendants to continue with training in new technologies and practice with the computer.
The course, which has lasted 30 hours and has targeted women with no computer skills, has been provided from 10:00 to 12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Participants have acquired during the course knowledge of the operating system "Microsoft Windows" and word processor "Microsoft Word" and "Internet".
This training is part of all project training activities Classrooms Computer Network Totana, RAITOTANA, which are still whole "revolution" as the mayor said.
In its first year of operation has achieved RAITOTANA forming more than 400 people in the various courses on offer, putting a municipality pointer Totana training in new technologies.
This project is promoting and facilitating the approach to information technology and communication to the entire population, either through training or free access is available the dozen computer labs scattered throughout the entire municipality as part NETWORK.
