The City Council of Totana, through the Department of Social Welfare and the Autonomous Community of Murcia, through the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration, will sign a cooperation agreement for the development of actions concerning Primary Care Services
This initiative by the council on Social Welfare, Juan Carrion, was granted the Local Government Committee at its last meeting held recently.
Through the centers of social services carries out the development of Performance Basic Primary Care Social Services (Information and Guidance, Support and Assistance Unit Address convivial, Prevention and Social Inclusion, Housing Benefit and Coexistence Promotion of Social Solidarity and Social Cooperation).
Moreover, as the mayor explained from a versatile and comprehensive care through the social service centers provides citizens access to resources and benefits and to support the coexistence unit and as develop preventative services and projects and social development at individual, family and community action.
The City Council of Totana is signing an annual agreement with the Autonomous Region for the development of action in relation to Primary Care Services, recalled the mayor.
Thus, the Autonomous Community of Murcia provide the amount of 131,082 euros for the Maintenance of Social Services Department of Primary Care, and the development of home help service the amount of 88,377 euros and development Accompaniment Program for Social Inclusion amount of 45,321 euros.
In turn, the City will provide at least the amount of 43,694 euros for Maintenance, 29,459 euros and 15,107 home help for Inclusion.
