Thanks to the success of the two previous routes, the Association Kalathos reorders the route "Totana today to its origins" to present new findings and developments in the excavation, with the holding of the second campaign excavation at the archaeological site of cones (considered the origin of the city of Totana) last summer.
Kalathos is why this route has organized to publicize the residents of Totana the first settlement of our city, situated in a privileged location with Espuña Aledo and orchards as a backdrop.
In addition to the primitive origin of Totana, attendees will discover how it came the development of the town of Totana from the sixteenth century and visit the "Moorish oven" relic of the past and present of our pottery tradition.
The route will take place on Sunday December 13 at 10am and the meeting point is in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja where the route will start and end at the site of cones.
It will last approximately 2 hours.
The event is free and pre-registration is required.
