Paqui Pérez Caballero last night was elected new mayor-headman of the Paretón-Cantareros for this term, thus completing the process of election or ratification of neighborhood representatives in the eight councils of the municipality of Totana.
Caballero Perez earned a total of 78 votes to five that joined the other candidate, Ana Maria Mora Canovas
plus the four blank ballots that were completed during the election process.
During the election day they gave cites the mayor, Juan Jose Canovas, and Council Antonia Camacho, Immaculate Blazquez, Agustin Gonzalo Martinez, Victor Balsas and Gertrudis Maria Ruiz, among others.
In the elections of mayor-headman in the Paretón-Cantareros concurred two candidates, and the process was held at the "Juana Serrano" Social Center from 19:30 to 21:00, respectively, with which it is finalized the ratification or election process in the eight districts of the municipality of Totana.
Thus, and given the number of people who have crowded the Council recalls that this term will not be running the Neighborhood Board Paretón-Cantareros, since there were not enough people to complete the vocalías.
Act takes possession
The act of taking possession of all the new mayors-term headman for 2015/2019 will take place on Thursday, December 17, at 21:00 hours, at a ceremony in the municipal hall full.
Paqui Pérez Caballero joins existing in the other councils: Salvador Murcia (La Sierra), Ana Maria Garcia (The Raiguero), Rosa Canovas Tudela (Vinas-Carivete), Mari Carmen Tapia Gómez (La Huerta), Concepción Blazquez ( Lebor), Esperanza Martinez Meseguer (The Coast) and Mari Carmen Romero (Morti).
