The extension of agreements were approved with IMAS to finance during the 2016 seats in the services day center for elderly dependents and Residential (02/12/2015)

The Local Government Board has recently approved the extension of the agreements with the Autonomous Community, through the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), for financing during 2016 in different places services day center for elderly dependents and in the residence "La Purisima" in Totana.

The extension of the agreement for the provision of Day Center for Senior Dependietes is for 30 seats with a total cost of 252,000 euros, of which 239,400 euros subsidizes IMAS and provide the remaining 12,600 users.

For its part, the agreement to extend the maintenance of the residence "La Purisima" over the next year affects 59 seats, the cost of which is funded by the IMAS amounting to 807,304.08 euros.

The autonomous region has presented two proposals to extend the agreements with Totana Town Council for the maintenance of public services in both places, the terms of which in both cases is 1 January to 31 December 2016.

The agreements will be signed by the Minister of Family and Equal Opportunity, Violante Tomás Olivares, and the Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas.
