Francisco Martinez Martinez (better known as Paco "The Parties") will be the harbinger of the carnivals of Totana 2016 (01/12/2015)

Last night members of the Federation of Peñas del Carnaval de Totana led by its President made delivery of such appointment, after a few anecdotes and laughs gladly accepted, according to sources of the federation.
