The Association of Parents of Persons with Intellectual Disability Totana (PADISITO) will take place this Sunday, the 15th, at 14:00 hours, a meal-gala to benefit this organization and in order to get maintenance the same.
The mayor, Juan José Canovas, and the councilman of Social Welfare and current president of PADISITO, Javier Baños, presented this joint initiative that hopes to have the assistance of more than 300 people in this town.
The menu price is 27 euros and has the support of numerous companies of Totana.
At present, 25 beneficiary families are of this association and the benefits of the food-gala will go to the annual implementation of the program of recreational activities and leisure time you promote and respite program.
Municipal officials encouraged the residents of Totana to attend to it and appreciated the cooperation of citizens and business partners to get through citizen solidarity, where the authorities are not enough, they said.
