The Hydrographic Confederation of Segura (CHS) has summoned the affected Totana to the urgency procedure condemnation of additional land required for the emergency works from the main conveyor pipe desalinated water to the Valley of Guadalentín.
The CHS has realized the City of Totana of public information for display on the bulletin board and the announcement of the lifting of pre-occupation owners cadastral records.
The event, with the above, will take place on Wednesday, November 25, from 9:30 to 13:00, in the Press Room totanero Consistory.
The day before, 24, has also called for those affected in the town of Lorca.
These works are part of the emergency works that is running the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment pursuant to Royal Decree Law 6/2015 to combat the effects of drought in this area;
and they have a budget of 20 million euros.
The Ministry awarded last July, through the CHS, the construction of the four sections of the main pipeline that will carry water deÁguilas desalinizadadesde the irrigation plant Guadalentín Valley, in the municipalities of Lorca and Totana.
The works consist of the construction of a pipeline of 27.5 kilometers in length and 1,200 millimeters in diameter to ensure supply of the irrigated areas of Lorca and Totana.

Advancement and development of Works SL and Aquambiente, Services for the Water Sector, SA and are being undertaken at present.
