The Department of Education and Culture reports that today, October 19, the new programming to encourage reading, organized by the city of Totana and whose staging premieres are held at the Municipal Library "Matthew Smith" .
The workshop "Doctor cuentitis" Monday will be a month from 17.30 in the children's reading room with a maximum capacity of 25 children who are interested in learning classical and popular tradition stories.
In the first workshop of this course, reading the story "Puss in Boots" by Charles Perrault, it will take place and then the participants will propose a series of activities related to the story.
This activity, which requires prior registration is coordinated by the library staff, it is free and is aimed at children between 6 and 9 years old, with the main objective to present the classic stories and children to acquire values will convey the stories themselves.
The workshop will be held once a month, and children interested can register at the library Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 14:00 or 17:00 to 20:00, more information phone 968 42 October 89 or email biblioteca@totana.es.
