Ten associations Totana participated last Sunday, October 11, in the fifth edition of the Market "Square Solidarity" which has been running since 2012 and which are participating associations and NGOs that develop projects of social interest, She held in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja.
Next to the activity of market where partnerships have varied sold products: craft, different donations from citizens, promotion items each association and so on.
Some associations and organizations of the town have organized a series of activities that have streamlined and made the event a more playful and cultural environment.
These activities have highlighted, as novel a painting competition organized by the "Idearte" a Batukada partnership in which the percussion students of the Municipal School of Music and a campaign organized by the Spain Association UNHCR participated called "Face to Face" to raise public awareness on the situation of refugees in the world.
