On Sunday October 4 was held in La Santa (Totana), the IX Memorial MTB Sunday Pelegrin, which as usual is gathering in all editions to more than 150 brokers in the provinces of Murcia and surrounding.
This year again the organization has chosen a path of 48Km long paths and forest tracks and other shorter 25Km for those who want to enjoy the sport of mountain biking otherwise provided by the beautiful landscapes of Sierra Espuńa.
At the starting line of the 150 runners appointment categories cadet, junior, senior, master 30, master 40, Veterans and Féminas were given.
A splendid day with temperature for the practice of MTB.
48km ahead with a cumulative total of over 1000 meters altitude in which the organization arranged 3 feeding.
The overall winner of the race was Fabian Molina Delgado (Vicma Team), who used a time of 06.02.32, followed by Marcos Sánchez Mateos, José Andreo Pernias, which came to nearly four minutes behind the winner.
With respect to short-haul, the first cover was Joaquin Ruiz Garrido, with a time of 1.17.57.
After testing, the organization offered to brokers, a convivial meal, snack with refreshments and already consolidated massage and bicycle parking.
The organization from congratulate both the winners and all runners who have participated in this event and thank all sponsors, partners and volunteers who make this event possible, because without them, it would be impossible to push through one of the leading evidence in the Regional MTB.
