Jerome Martinez Gomez has been elected new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Center Senior Balsa Vieja de Totana place after Election Day that was held today, with 168 support, a total of 334 votes cast.
In the elections, which have evolved from 9:00 until 14:00, there had been two other candidates: Thomas Navarro Martínez (88 votes) and Pedro Tudela Rosa (77 votes).
The process was developed with total normality in the Classroom Training Municipal Senior Center (Classroom Training);
and the same could vote only members who were registered in the census and to identify with the ID and the license partners as such.
As provided in the statutes, the new municipal corporation had to hold elections to the Board within six months of the establishment of the new City Hall.
Jerome Martinez will replace Legaz Vicenta, who had assumed the presidency of the Centre in the last seven years.
She had himself announced last March 30 to continue his resignation on 30 March and its intention not to stand again;
so the new board will be headed by the newly elected president to assume this responsibility.
