The president of the autonomous region, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, has called for tomorrow Friday, July 31, the first meeting of the so-called Council of Mayors, which is called the alderman of Totana, Juan José Canovas, and the remaining 44 mayors Murcia.
This will be the second meeting that the mayor of Totana have this week with the president of the regional government, as next Thursday, at 11:30, also is said to address, in what will be the first official meeting of this term, different issues affecting the public interest criteria.
The intention of the regional government is to take a first step in establishing a new framework for collaboration and cooperation between the regional government and 45 municipalities in the region, allowing more fluid and have a close contact between the parties.
The Council of Mayors will be born with the aim to discuss and analyze proposals of municipal interest in all areas.

45 aldermen are quoted at ten o'clock this Friday at the Palacio de San Esteban;
