A total of fourteen children between 6 and 14 years participated last Friday, the 17th, in the "Workshop with ponies and horses" which took place in the "Totana Verano'2015" program, promoted by the Department of Youth and Citizenship of the City of Totana.
Participants learned management techniques, basic care and feeding of the horses, as close to the animal, take the bridle, tie and untie, equip, necessary cleaning, etc., according to local sources reported in a statement.
They also carried one of the activities with which they enjoyed most was, as expected, pony rides and horse and games they made.
It is the second year that this activity is supply and with it has been claimed that the participating children to live a different and enriching experience, knowing about the world of horses in a fun and entertaining way, and sharing these good times with other children.
