Mr. Mayor-President, dated June 19, 2015, issued the following Resolution No. 2,216 / 2,015:

"The last day June 13, 2015 was established in plenary the new Corporation of the City of Totana as the results of the local elections on May 24 this year.

Following the establishment of the new corporation it is necessary to conduct a new reorganization of the political and administrative structure of the City in exercising its power of self-organization recognized to local authorities in Article 4.1 a) of the LRBRL and according to the municipal needs.

Whereas the Mayor-President, in exercise of the powers legally vested -especially in accordance with art.

21.3 of Law 7 / 1985de April 2 and 43, 44 and 45 of RD 2568/1986 of 28 November-has decided to make appropriate delegations on the various services and municipal areas for the proper functioning of the entity Local.

Considering that the Mayor is the President of the Corporation and as provided in Article 21.3 LRBRL may delegate the exercise of its powers, except to convene and preside over plenary sessions and Local Government, decide ties with the casting vote, the conclusion of credit transactions, the top leadership of all staff, the dismissal of the officials and dismissal of the workforce, and in paragraphs a), e), j ), k), l) and m) of paragraph 1 of that Article 21 LBRL (although it may delegate to the Board of Local Government exercise the powers referred to in paragraph j).

The delegation entails the devolution of an organ other than in accordance with the provisions of Article 13LRJPAC.

Delegations members of the Corporation shall be subject to the generic authorization contained in Article 23.4 LRBRL, which states that the Mayor may delegate the exercise of certain powers to the members of the Local Government and where it does not exist, in the Deputy Mayor, without prejudice to special delegations for specific tasks, can make in favor of any councilors, although they did not belong to it.

In connection with the Local Government, the number of councilors to the Mayor may appoint members thereof shall not exceed one third of the legal number of members of the Corporation.

It will be for the Local Government and integrated, and chaired by the Mayor, continuing at the same assistance in the exercise of its powers and those delegated to any municipal body or expressly attributed by law.

Therefore, once constituted the Local Government and appointed its members, Mayor-President, as well as plenary, that body may delegate the powers delegated as appropriate.

And whereas this is in accordance with the general interest, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by article 21.3 of Law 7 / 1985de April 2 and 43, 44 and 45del RD 2568/1986, of November 28,

Third: The delegations of competences are made without prejudice to the possible singular certiorari by the delegating body.

Fourth the content of this resolution shall be reported to plenary in the first session to be held.

Fifth Place the contents of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, regardless of their effectiveness from the day of its signing by Mayor-President.

Sixth Report this to the council concerned for making right.
