The mayor calls for government action based on "the dedication and attitude of dialogue and participation" with the associations and citizen groups (07/07/2015)

The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas, has expressed hope that government action in this new venture, to be based "on the dedication and dialogue and participatory attitude all", for which it will "with the sensibilities and ideas of all representatives of neighborhood associations, groups and organizations "that make up the associations of Totana.

This was transmitted to all the ruler associations and organizations that make up the social fabric of this city through a letter, more than 350, in which they announced their willingness to strengthen relations between the municipal institution with each of the groups.

It also indicates that "we know that the challenge will not be easy but, together, and joint actions we propose in collaboration with you and you, the people of this town, we are convinced that we will advance in the development, being and quality of life of its citizens ".

Juan Jose Canovas adds that "in the coming years will dedicate all my energies to this term that begins now is an unprecedented opportunity for the future of the residents of this town. I am convinced that will happen."

Planning from September

In the last quarter of this year it is going to proceed with the convening of the Municipal Council of Citizen Participation and begin the process of election of mayors-headman and the neighborhood council in the Paretón-Cantareros through the system of open lists.

It also aims to initiate the process for establishing a Municipal Party Committee and the convening of meetings with groups in all neighborhoods of the town of Totana.
