Totana City Council recently celebrated the Local Board of Public Safety to coordinate the safety device of the activities which the requirement to ensure effective normal development program within the supervisory celebrations of Santiago Apóstol'2015.
Local Safety Board was chaired by the first deputy mayor, Andrés García, and attended the council delegates, the head of the local police, the post commander of the Guardia Civil responsible for Civil Protection and technicians of various areas municipal.
During this celebrations and sports events to be held in July and the measures of public safety and traffic management of these generally addressed;
and in particular activities such as the Fun Run "Fiestas de Santiago", held on 18 July.
In this regard, the police presence and activity required the collaboration of the Association of Civil Defence volunteers and support of volunteers sporting organization for adequate and proper development was discussed.
Cutting support urban roads and public safety in other activities such as concerts planned in the punk-rock festival "The call" in the auditorium of the Municipal Park "Marcos Ortiz" on July 11 was also discussed.
The session concluded realizing the disciplinary proceedings brought by the local police regarding the Law on Protection of Public Safety.
