The Department of Popular Culture of the City of Totana has scheduled a series of activities to mark World Book Day, which is held on April 23, through which it seeks to promote reading in the town.
The program, which was presented by Councilman of Popular Culture, Alfonso Cayuela, begins with the initiative "Swap your book. Through the same readers to the Municipal Library may bring a book they have read and exchange it for another. This initiative is intended to give new life to books that are no longer used. books on any subject will be accepted and are in good condition. The schedule of this activity coincides with the usual library, Monday through Friday, 9 : 30 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 hours.
