Open the deadline for submitting applications until March 3, for the three jobs under the joint program for Employment and Training which will hire 15 student-workers (26/02/2015)

Totana City Council has opened the application deadline until Tuesday 3 March to present the request to the three jobs in the Mixed Employment and Training program on "Social healthcare for dependent people in social institutions"

For this course, you will have 12 months and is funded by the SEF in the amount of 219,274 euros, are needed;

a coordinator;

a trainer and a person for technical support.

In addition, 15 student-workers are also selected by the Employment and Training Service.

The Councillor for Employment and Training, Maria Jose Baeza, explained that this program targets unemployed people from 25-54 years.

The objective of this project is to assist dependents in the geriatric field of Totana, applying the strategies designed by the competent interdisciplinary team and procedures to maintain their personal autonomy and their relationships with the environment.

The mixed employment-training program lasts for one year, with a total of 1,920 hours, of which 370 hours will be theoretical and practical 1,478.

Also included 78 hours of additional training with training activities on computer literacy, prevention of occupational hazards, environmental awareness, unit of social economy and self-employment, gender equality module and search module resources and improving employment.

BASES OF RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, SUPPORT AND TEACHING, AND STUDENTS / WORKERS AS / AS JOINT PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT-TRAINING AGENCY WHICH IS THE CITY OF PROMOTER TOTANA.

FIRST: CONSTITUTION AND COMPOSITION OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Order of July 22, 2013, the President of the Regional Employment and Training, for which the rules for grants Joint Employment Training (BORM n ° 173, 27 Program approved / 07/2013), the Selection Committee, which made the whole process of selection, it is the composition will be:

TWO: PURPOSE OF THE CALL.

The purpose of this call is the selection employment and subsequent recruitment (having obtained grant from the Regional Employment and Training of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia) under the temporary workforce for the development of a : Joint Training Jobs, 12 months, for unemployed people aged 25 or older (PMEF-MY) Program

- 1 Coordinator / a.

- 1 Trainer / a, they should provide all training modules Certificate of Competence in geriatric care for dependent people in social institutions (Code: SSCS0208) established by Royal Decree 1379/2008, of August 1 (BOE No 218 of 09/09/2008), as amended by Royal Decree 721/2011, of 20 May (BOE n ° 149 of 23/06/2011) and Royal Decree 625/2013, of 2 August (BOE n ° 224 of 18.09.2013) and work practice to be developed by the student workers program.

- 1 Personal Technical Support.

- 15 Alumni / ae-workers / as to be selected / as from those sent / as by the Office of Employment Totana after submission of offer activity.

This program of training and employment is funded by the European Social Fund, the Public Service of Employment, Regional Employment and Training of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Totana Town Council, being the entity the town of Totana .

THIRD: CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.

For staff coordinator, support staff and faculty, will be formalized with the persons selected, contract work or service in accordance with the provisions of Law 12/2001 of July 9 and the Workers' Statute.

The remuneration to be received will correspond to the position played, distributed the day as follows:

COORDINATOR: 25.89% of the workday

TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF: 50% of the workday

TRAINER: 100% working hours

The schedule will be adapted to the needs of training and / or service to be performed.

As for the student workers, is established, with selected people, a training contract lasting one year.

FOURTH: REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALL FOR STAFF COORDINATOR, SUPPORT AND TRAINER.

1. General Requirements:

a) To be Spanish or a citizen of the European Union in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2007 of 12 April, the Basic Statute of the Public Employee Article 57;

or foreign residents in Spain, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 4/2000 of 11 January on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, as amended by the Organic Law 8/2000 of 22 December and its implementing regulation.

In any case, / as applicants must demonstrate mastery of Spanish spoken and written language.

b) Have completed not exceed sixteen and, where appropriate, the maximum age of compulsory retirement.

c) Be in possession of the requirements required in the position you choose.

d) Not have been separated by dismissal or disciplinary record of servicing the Central Government, Autonomous Communities and Local Government, or be disqualified from exercising public functions.

e) do not suffer illness or physical defect that prevent the normal performance of the duties of the position.

2. Specific Requirements Minimum:

COORDINATOR / A.

Qualifications: University degree in Intermediate, College Degree or equivalent.

2.2.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL.

Qualifications: University degree in Intermediate, College Degree or equivalent.

TRAINER / A.

• Qualification: required in the certificate of professional specialty "HEALTHCARE TO DEPENDENTS IN SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS (SSCS0208)":

Degree, engineer, architect or title of corresponding degree or equivalent qualifications.

-Graduated, Engineer or technical architect or the title of corresponding degree or equivalent qualifications.

-Technical Superior professional Sociocultural Family and Community Services.

-Certificate Of professionalism level 3 area Social Care professional Sociocultural Family and Community Services.

2.3.1.

Specific requirements for the trainer / a:

Teaching Mastery: To accredit the trainer or expert must hold the certificate of professional occupational trainer professional certificate or teaching of vocational training for employment or equivalent training in teaching methodology training for adults.

The requirement in the preceding paragraph shall be exempted:

A) Those in possession of the official university degrees of Bachelor of Education, Master in Psychology or any of its specialties, a university graduate degree in the field of psychology or pedagogy, or an official university degree graduate in these fields.

B) Holders of a different official university degree than those indicated in the previous section and also in the possession of teaching certificate or professional qualifications of Teaching Specialization and Education Qualification Certificate.

Also exempt those who can prove the possession of the University Master enabling the exercise of professions regulated of Professor of Compulsory Secondary Education, Training and Official Language Schools and those attesting the passing of a course of training equivalent to teacher training and didactic required for those who, being in possession of an equivalent qualification for teaching purposes declared, can not perform master studies, established in the first additional provision of Royal Decree 1834/2008, of November 8, laying define the training requirements for the practice of teaching in secondary education, high school, vocational training and specialized education and specialties of the faculty of secondary education are established.

C) Those who prove a proven teaching experience of at least 600 hours in the last seven years in professional training for employment or education.

Professional Experience: Have a minimum professional experience of one year in all units of competence that includes the certificate of professional geriatric care to dependent people in social institutions (SSC0208).

FIFTH: APPLICATIONS AND ADMISSION OF CANDIDATES.

Staff selection Coordinator and Teacher Support Staff shall be effected by public announcement.

Full terms of the call will be posted on the bulletin board of the City of Totana and web www.totana.es website, without prejudice to its diffusion in other media if necessary.

INSTANCES:

B) RIGHTS OF REVIEW.

C) ADMISSION OF CANDIDATES:

Finishing the application deadline, the City Council declared approved the list of accepted and rejected applicants, which will be presented in the notice board of the City of Totana and the municipal website (www.totana.es).

The deadline for claims will be TWO DAYS from its publication.

If no claim is formulated, the provisional list will be considered final.

SIXTH: PHASES OF THE SELECTION.

The selection process will consist of two phases.

1st Phase.

Rating labor merits and training:

For this purpose those applicants qualifications required as minimum requirements in the fourth base of this call will not be counted.

The merits justified by documents, which have been provided with the application form before the end of the term provided for this purpose, are valued according to the following scale:

1. Work Experience (maximum 15 points).

Coordinator / a:

- For work experience as principal / coordinator / a, in Workshop Schools, Trade, Employment Workshops, Social and Formative Vocational Training Guarantee or 0.60 points for each full month worked, up to a maximum of 15 points.

- For work experience as principal / coordinator / a, in the private sector or public administration (excluding the BAREMADO in the previous section): 0,015 points for each full month worked, up to a maximum of 10 points.

Technical Support Staff

- For work experience in professional practice related to the specialty of the place to which you opt in Workshop Schools, Trade, Employment Workshops, social or Formative Vocational Training Guarantee or 0.60 points for each full month worked up to a maximum of 15 points.

- For work experience in professional practice related to the specialty of the place to which you choose, in the private sector or public administration (excluding the BAREMADO in the previous section): 0,015 points for each full month worked, up to 10 points.

Trainer / a:

- For work experience in professional practice related to the specialty of the place to which you opt in Workshop Schools, Trade, Employment Workshops, social or Formative Vocational Training Guarantee or 0.60 points for each full month worked up to a maximum of 15 points.

- For work experience in professional practice related to the specialty of the place to which you choose, in the private sector or public administration (excluding the BAREMADO in the previous section): 0,015 points for each full month worked, up to 10 points.

2. Formation (maximum 12 points).

By conducting master, postgraduate courses, college courses specialist courses, conferences or technical seminars taught by public or private bodies approved or legally relevant to the place summoned authorized: 0.015 points per hour.

3. Other merits (maximum 3 points).

For other university title submitted to qualify for the selection and other related attributed to the post office at which you choose, it being not covered in the previous sections the selection body could take into account (up to 3 points merit ).

2nd Phase.

Interview.

Semi-structured personal interview in which will assess, inter alia, career, knowledge of the job, attitudes and skills to perform the job to which you choose will be performed.

Will be valued up to 6 points.

SEVENTH: FINAL SCORE FOR STAFF.

The final score is calculated by adding the scores obtained in the previous phases, being selected / him / candidate / to reach highest total score.

However, with people having participated in the process have not been finally selected, a waiting list in order of score will be developed, in order to cover any vacancies arising in projects for the development of same.

EIGHTH: SELECTION OF STUDENTS WORKERS

According to Article 16 of the Order of July 22, 2013, the President of the Regional Employment and Training, for which the rules for grants of the Joint Employment Training Program approved, are established:

A.1.) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF WORKERS STUDENTS

1.

Being unemployed, unoccupied, and registered with the Employment Offices of the SEF, and available for use.

2nd.

Be between 25 and 54 years.

3rd.

Possess the functional capacity to perform the tasks.

4th.

Meet the requirements of the applicable regulations to formalize a contract for training and learning for at least the time remaining from the incorporation of the worker student until project completion.

5th.

It lacks qualifications, professional experience, expertise or professional qualification or above which will be acquired in the project of the relevant specialty.

6th.

Having any of the following minimum requirements:

- Being in possession of the title of Graduate in or upper secondary education.

- Possession of a professional certificate level 2 of another specialty.

- Possession of a professional certificate level 1 of the same family and professional area.
