Totana City Council and the Association of Residents of San Francisco neighborhood have signed a collaboration agreement for the transfer of the social premises of the neighborhood and the revitalization of this infrastructure to develop non-profit activities of various kinds which influence the improving the environment and quality of life for residents of this town.
The mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and the president of the Neighborhood Association of San Francisco, Domingo Sánchez Cerdá, accompanied by other members of its Board of Directors, have signed an agreement under which the Consistory gives you the clubhouse situated at Minister Fernández Ordóñez, number 3 for management and revitalization.
The association is committed to making the concierge and cleaning of the units of local as well as maintenance and preservation;
and cover the costs of insurance and other relating to telephone, Internet, repairs, etc.
This agreement is part of the City Plan Trim launched this legislature to adopt certain measures to enable a cost savings without reducing the quality of services provided.
The mayor explained that agreements of this nature have already been sucrito in recent years for the transfer of public premises with neighborhood associations in other neighborhoods and districts of Totana that are possible to optimize public resources and guarantee social rights of users and neighbors the area in question.
Also thanked the San Francisco Board of willingness to work with the City to achieve common achievements and congratulated them for their work for social and cultural development in the district.
