On Saturday January 31 took place Phase Local "Playing athletics" School Sports, organized by the Department of Sports City of Totana, in the Sports Pavilion "Manolo Ibáńez", where a total of 41 schoolchildren participated the different schools of the town, belonging to the youngest category, both male and female form.
On this day, participating students had to complete a circuit of five stations from various disciplines of athletics, such as Speed, Long Jump, Lateral Jump, Shot Put and Javelin.
The youngest male category, finished champion Alejandro López López (La Milagrosa), followed by Iván Martínez Martínez (Tierno Galván) and Alejandro Romero Ponce (La Milagrosa) in the second and third positions respectively.
Meanwhile, in the female category youngest, Angela Alison Barroz (La Milagrosa) was the final champion;
while Alicia Martínez Andreo (Tierno Galván) was second and Carla Lorena Sandoval (Luis Perez Rueda), ranked third.
The competition concluded with the presentation of trophies to the top three students classified.
Besides the top ranked in the local phase centers will have the opportunity to participate in the Regional Final of "Playing athletics" School Sports, organized by the Directorate General of Youth and Sports of the Region of Murcia, on Wednesday, February 25, in Torre Pacheco.
