According to studies Cebag only around 5% of the streets retain their full buildable earlier than expected in 2008;
while 3% of the streets increase your buildable respect to 2008, mainly justified by the payment of increased economic and urban buildable via agreement
As is evident from Cebag, this reduction of buildable -case assumed that a disguised expropriation of thousands of citizens who believe, very conservatively, at a value of no less than 100 million euros confirme- (more than 1.6 billion pesetas).
