The BORM publishes the notice of declaration of non-compliance of planning agreements C-51 and C-52 (02/01/2015)

The BORM has published date, January 2, 2015, announcement of declaration of non-compliance of planning agreements C-51 and C-52, which states:

The Local Government of the City of Totana, at its meeting held on December 22, 2014, resolved to approve the declaration of inability to fulfill the following planning agreements:

- Planning agreement planning to classify as sectored developable land on a farm located at Dip.

Lebor, Spot "The Cabezuelas" C-51 Convention.

- Concerted planning agreement segmentation of developable land on a farm located at Dip.

Lebor, Spot "The Cabezuelas" Convention C-52.

Which are subject to public information for twenty days, so that any natural or legal person may examine the file and submit such claims are deemed relevant (arts. 11 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2008 of 20 June, and 86 of Law 30/92).
