Last summer the Kalathos Association held the first excavation campaign in the archaeological site of Las Cabezuelas, considered the origin of the town of Totana.
That is why this route Kalathos organized to publicize the residents of Totana the first settlement of our city, situated in a privileged location with Espuña Aledo and The Gardens as a backdrop.
In addition to the primitive origin of Totana, attendees will discover how came the development of the town of Totana from the sixteenth century and visit the "Moorish oven" relic of the past and present of our pottery tradition.
At the end of the route at the site of Las Cabezuelas, attendees will receive a surprise visit.
This route, which already took place last December 13 with great public, will take place on Saturday, January 3rd at 11 am and the meeting point will be the headquarters of the association, located in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja, along the Senior Center.
Will last approximately 2 hours.
