Totana City Council has put out to tender the redesign and maintenance of municipal web pages, as was recently published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.

The purpose of this contract is the redesign, development, implementation, maintenance and hosting of the new municipal website to improve the services offered to citizens by promoting the use and usefulness of new technologies.

The services to be provided as the basis of this contract is the redesign and implementation of a platform for portal and content management for the City of Totana;

reform design and architecture portal currently depend on the institution;

the development of a single municipal intranet portals to manage all of the different municipal areas;

migration of existing content to the new platform;

the formation of the whole platform users and administrators;

and maintenance and hosting of the various portals that integrate the project during the contract period.

The implementation period is two years, renewable for another two, to a maximum of four years including extensions.

The budget is the annual amount of 12,039.50 including VAT.

For the duration of the contract two years, the budget is the amount of twenty-four thousand and seventy-nine euros (€ 24,079.00) including VAT.

(€ 19,900 € 4,179 net plus VAT (21%).
