The town of Totana officially begins tomorrow the festivities in honor of Santa Eulalia of Mérida, whose program of activity is concentrated from 5 to December 10, the feast of the patron.
Acts tear morning officially the Chupinazo to star from the balcony of the City, as is traditional in recent years, from 14:00 hours, María García García, artistically known as "Barbara King".
This event will occur after the official ceremony scheduled for 13:30 in the hall of the totanero Consistory, which takes place the appointment of "favorite daughter" of the Loyal and Noble City of Totana.
Subsequently, the Fair Day will open this year is installed in Constitution Square, during which one Batukada act and live musical ensemble, while red scarves of the pilgrimage will be distributed among the attendees.
Also, at 17:00, is scheduled the opening of the "tourist train" that will cover the city from the Rambla de La Santa (Santa Rita corner bridge) to the fairgrounds the price of 1 euro;
and evening is also held the "Day of carny", so that the performances of the show will be all to 1.50 euros.
At 20:30 hours, will be the "Anthology of the Zarzuela" the Concert Band of the Musical Association of Totana and Santiago coral at the cultural center "Jail", with free admission.
At night, from 21:00, the great Migas Contest will be held at the Garden next to the fairgrounds.
