The Department of Culture through the public library service, yesterday inaugurated the program Reading Promotion 2014/2015, with activity "Know Your Library" offered to students in grades Primary Education schools in the municipality.
This activity, conducted by library staff consists of a user training where it is taught as is sorted the children's section and search the Automated Public Access Catalog Online Materials Network Libraries Murcia (OPAC).
The activity begins with an explanation of how they are classified and sorted the books, and what they mean colored ingots then are taught to use the OPAC to find a book.
Next, a documentary about the management of the library projects.
Subsequently a game in which three groups are formed, each solve the riddles hidden in the books;
find books using the OPAC.
This course library plans to perform seventy animations, various proposed activities will range from infant through fifth five years of primary education.
