The Mayor of Totana, María Isabel Sánchez, and the rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), Jose Antonio Franco today signed a cooperation agreement for student mobility outside the village.
Thanks to the agreement, the City Council is committed to working with a financial contribution to the costs of stay totaneros UPCT students engaged in exchanges Seneca and Erasmus universities in the rest of Spain and Europe.
