On Saturday April 12 the Interregional Championship II Men's physique in Sports "The Romeral" Molina de Segura was held.
In that championship bodybuilding competitors from different parts of Spain, including José Martínez competed Isidoro Gimenez, monitor fitness Move Sports Center Totana presented.
It was the first appearance in a championship for Isidoro, who was advised by Leandro Vivancos, his trainer and Fitness Room Monitor Missan.
To get the results, Isidoro continued hard training and Move Fitness Room Missan feeding helped and cared for "Carnage Miguel".
Isidore tells us that "good food and good sports mainly supplementation and high intensity training and rest are essential for a good recovery that allows train seven days a week."
Isidoro scored a creditable 6th place fourteen participants in its category and is already preparing its next championship will be held on May 10 in Alicante.
