Totana City Council and the Federation of Peñas Carnival have signed a collaboration agreement for the realization of the commemorative activities to mark the 30th anniversary of Carnival parades in this city, which is taking place during these weeks and culminate on weekend.
The mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and the president of this entity, Antonio García Martínez, today signed an agreement establishing the Consistory financed 4,000 euros to the federation owed by the municipal budget in 2014, while this association is committed energize the city with different cultural and festive activities.
As consideration for the appropriate collaboration, the Federation is committed to the realization of the brotherhood gala dinner of the rocks (8 February), the organization of the gala-cry (23 February), the organization and conduct of the parade Adult (March 1), the awards ceremony at the rocks in the Adult Parade (March 1) and collaboration in the Children's Parade (March 2).
Furthermore, the concentration of masks in the Constitution Square and back to the street parades San Cristobal, traditional street masks in which there will be a final party will be organized.
