The Sanctuary of Santa Eulalia, patroness of Totana, last night welcomed the presentation of the fifteenth edition of "Journal of the Holy" coinciding with the start of the festivities in honor of Santa Eulalia in a ceremony attended by a large audience.
During this emotional event a simple appreciation to outgoing trustees of the La Santa, Juan Antonio Yáñez de Lara, Pelegrin Martínez Porlán and Juan Canovas Mulero Foundation took place, while new entrants employers Julian Larroya, Eulalia Rodriguez publicly presented and Miras Francisco.
Responsible for presenting this publication were the Mayor of Totana, and current president of the La Santa María Isabel Sánchez Foundation, Vice President of the Holy Foundation and pastor of the church Santiago, José Ruiz García and Butler, Rafael Hostench, who were accompanied by other patrons of the institution.
In turn, the coordinator of the publication, Juan Canovas Mulero, reviewed in detail with the articles in this annual publication highlighting the synthesis of each and presenting to the authors of each of the writings.
The magazine, which has the support of the City Council, savings institutions and private companies in the municipality and beyond, this year has a total of 272 pages of high quality, which includes numerous images and illustrations, and includes more than thirty of articles, studies and reflections on La Patrona and eulaliense worship.
The publication includes three chapters in which the various items distributed throughout the magazine are collected: "From the joy of sharing the same sentiment," "Santa Eulalia de Mérida The fruitful result of his testimony." And "Manifestations of History: Totana, its people, its traditions ... ".
During the presentation, the participants highlighted the research, disclosure and dissemination of elulaliense worship through this publication, as a teenager, in which numerous articles on the martyr, the sanctuary, and the culture and customs of Totana collected.
Also thanked all contributors help in the magazine, as well as partners on editing, and advocated Santa Eulalia continue working without skimping on efforts to continue the rooted devotion to the Patroness of Totana.
