The Department of Commerce and the Association of Hoteliers of Totana have closed the course Introduction to Cut Ham last weekend was held with two theoretical and practical sessions, and will be repeated again on 17 and 18 January , respectively.
The mayor, Maria Isabel Sánchez, Councillor of Commerce, Francisco Hernández, president and ASEMHOS Augustine Escarabajal, accompanied by the master cutter who teach the course, José Andreo, closed this course and surrendered the diploma to the participants .
The course was given in the "Amaro" The restaurant Paretón-Cantareros and was basically aimed at hospitality professionals and amateurs interested in cutting ham and use for both home and professional use.
The squares of the course were 12 so that attendees knew so accurate culinary teaching and practice.
In addition, a second shift course on 17 and 18 January will be held.
The objectives of the course are to teach participants the art students cut ham, learn to get a ham and know the piece, knowing the different cures ham, familiarize yourself with the different denominations of origin and their differences, and properly serve expand their culinary possibilities and keep or maintain in good order the part.
