The Popular Party will file a motion in the October plenary session to urge the regional government of Murcia for the removal of obstacles to the establishment and operation of travel agencies and companies organizing events or similar.

The current rules, in particular, the decrees 100/2007 and 280/2007, set a very high bonds and insurance policies, since the activity is taxed with a bond that can exceed 180,000 euros in the case of agencies and 60,000 euros in the business of organizing events, giving it a genuine outrage in these times of economic crisis.
Entrepreneurship is also burdened by the obligation to take three types of policies worth more than 150,000 euros each, which constitutes an insurmountable obstacle in the current situation and in a time that is needed for entrepreneurial action energize the labor market and create wealth.
It is an obligation of any administration provide entrepreneurs and business sector offer the best facilities to start this business venture and, accordingly, being relaxed procedures for starting a business in these two areas of the tourism sector.
