The Young Entrepreneurs Association (AJE) Guadalentin last week held its board meeting on the premises of Local Development Center, located in the industrial park "The Salt Marsh".
It was attended by the Councillor for Employment, María José Baeza Lopez, and the mayor of Industry, Felix Cayuela, who took the opportunity to share views with members of AJE Guadalentin about-job training landscape.
Guadalentin AJE has more than 120 partners in the region, all entrepreneurs under 40 years, and is an independent, integrated CECLOR, which is making a significant boost to activity entrepreneurship.
Its action includes municipalities ranging from Puerto Lumbreras to Librilla and it is a partnership that has all possible institutional support in the area, becoming a reference point for those municipalities that want to enhance their business quarry.
In addition, municipal representatives recalled that under the collaboration agreement signed between AJE Guadalentin and the city of Totana, which took place last April, is promoting the development of business activities of the group under 40 years during the first years of its establishment, aimed at the strengthening and consolidation.

Thanks to initiatives like this, we develop a true culture of business dynamics among the most disadvantaged and of social exclusion and of them particularly among young people, facilitating the creation and management of enterprises and promoting adaptability of workers and companies.
