The two new council of the Socialist Municipal Group Totana, María Dolores García Andrés Solano Aguayza and Canovas, today took up their positions in the course of regular full for the month of July, to replace the elected Juan Francisco Otálora and Jose Martinez Usero , respectively.
Incoming Socialist councilors Maria Dolores Solano, which is the first councilor of Ecuadorian origin in the history of democracy in Totana, was ranked number eight in the PSOE, while Andres Garcia, the secretary general of the PSOE local did in the tenth position of the application.
Aguayza Solano is the first citizen of Ecuadorian origin that integrated a candidate in municipal elections in Totana and was president of the Native Women's Association of Canar, one of the first associations that worked with the immigrant and incorporated in this county.
Meanwhile, Andrés García and was a councilor of the municipal corporation from 1999 to 2011, and even government assumed responsibility for the mandate 1999/2003 he was Councillor for Agriculture and Water.
García Cánovas was elected general secretary of the Socialist Group Totana in June 2012, replacing the local party leadership to Juan Francisco Otálora.

Also, late yesterday and before the July plenary session, presented a letter of resignation and current Councilman Municipal Socialist Group spokesman, José Gómez Hernández, for reasons of "personal nature", as communicated in its letter filed with General Secretariat of the Council of Totana.
Gómez Hernández and did not attend the July plenary session in which he realized his resignation.
Thus, there are three council members of this group who leave their minutes of council following the resignation in May of Juan Francisco Otálora and Jose Martinez Usero.
At present, the municipal corporation of Totana is composed of 11 councilors PP, PSOE 6 and 4 United Left-Greens.
