The July regular plenary session will begin tomorrow with the inauguration of the two new councilors Municipal Socialist Group (23/07/2013)

The regular plenary session for the month of July will begin tomorrow (8:00 pm) to taking office as councilor for the Municipal Socialist Group of the two new councilors Maria Dolores Solano Aguayza and Andrew Garcia Canovas, replacing in office the resigned, Juan Francisco Otálora and Jose Martinez Usero.

The plenary session will be held tomorrow and not Thursday, as applicable, for being the feast of the patron St. James in this locality.

The incoming councilors Maria Dolores Solano, will be the first council of Ecuadorian origin in the history of democracy in Totana, was ranked number eight in the PSOE, while Andres Garcia, the secretary general of the PSOE local did in tenth of the application.

Also, you will realize the Mayor's proposal to support the candidacy of ERDF for the prize "Prince of Asturias" in the category "Concordia".

The agenda includes the motion of the departments of Social Services and Women to clarify and promote local performance in relation to child protection in emergencies.

The proposal will address corporate Councilwoman Women for updating and expanding the protocol in cases of gender violence in the town of Totana.

Municipal political groups

Also discussed are the motions of the Popular Party to ask the Ministry of Finance in Totana implementing service management and assessment of taxes on capital transfers and documented legal and estate and gift, and urge the regional and state government to action and its corresponding budget allocation for the formation of self-employed.

The Socialist Group has raised two motions for plenary debate concerning the rejection of the draft law reform and judicial staff demarcation and another on handling the General Plan Municipal de Totana.

Meanwhile, IU-Greens has filed motions on adoption according to the cleanliness and adequacy of the Prince of Asturias Avenue in the hamlet of El Paretón-Cantareros, and for strengthening the agricultural sector and rural Totana.

It has also filed another motion on action by the City of Totana for transparency in public subsidy.
