The Community and the city of Totana have agreed to form a working group for the municipal urban development.
This was announced by the Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, following the recent meeting with the Mayor of Totana.
Yolanda Muñoz explained that the advice of the municipal planning is a task that lends the Ministry of Public Works and Planning and is routinely done through meetings with the various mayors and councilors jurisdiction in the matter.
The director general said that "this time, the Mayor of Totana has moved the need to hold meetings on a regular basis and we have offered to formalize a series of meetings with experts from the Directorate General and thus meet more regularly" .
The purpose of these meetings will give new impetus to the General Urban Plan of the municipality in order to get final approval in the shortest time.
Yolanda Muñoz said in these meetings will be coordinated planning procedures developed by municipal plannings, adjusting well to the standard, in order to facilitate processing.
In the meeting held at the headquarters of the Ministry, Yolanda Muñoz noted that "we have reviewed the pending correction of the urban standard, which is currently undergoing changes."
