Totana Local Police has arrested a person for an alleged crime of usurpation of civil status, after employees of a local bank branch alerted that in such entity was a person, who was posing as another person and trying to get money.
When officers turned up at the bank branch, you could see how, inside, there was one person taking steps in the cashier counter, and this is handled by the staff of the same.
In addition, he was asked for identification documents, giving them an ID and registration certificate did not match his true identity and manifesting itself repeatedly to be the holder of the documents submitted.
Then proceeded to frisk, effectively being located within a portfolio he carried in his pocket a passport and several documents with his true identity, the person being Spanish for 37 years and a native of Alhama de Murcia.
At the insistence of the agents, this person finally recognized that they had found a wallet at a gas station and had used the ID card to withdraw cash.
The arrest was made available to the agents of the Guardia Civil post of Totana, which continued with the proceedings.
Recovers a bracelet and a gold cord
Local police officers received telephone call 1-1-2, reporting that a woman had stolen a necklace and bracelet in a bar in the town, and there was supposedly the robbery.
Personates minutes later in that establishment, was at the door of the room, a lady from South America who said it was his birthday and had been drinking beer in the bar, with another 4 or 5 American, and he was asleep in the chair and noticed as someone has dropped the gold necklace around his neck, and a gold bracelet on his wrist.
Furthermore, he argued that he could not say who he was and believed to have been a person who at that time was in the room.
Agents were identified by all people at that time were in the room, being in the toilets of the same bracelet and necklace that had been stolen, and locating a person who had left the objects in the toilet and supposedly authored the facts.
The recovered material and legal proceedings were made available to the agents of the Guardia Civil post of Totana, which continues with appropriate investigations.
