A total of 31 people participated from April 2012 in the Municipal Training Program for Social Inclusion (FORIN) which has enabled the promotion and inclusion of Totana residents through their involvement and participation in different activities of basic training, occupational and social.
The Social Care Councillor, Josefa Maria Sanchez, closed the program with the delivery of the diploma to the participants, who have developed their social promotion activities in different municipal services under a grant assistance daily.
Training has developed custom tutorial sessions have been conducted at the Center for Social Services and up to 12 different municipal departments whose average duration has been two months depending on the needs of the service and the availability of the participant.
People involved in the program have received a scholarship, for which the Council has allocated a total of 12,660 euros to pay them.
The program begins with a period of training in the maintenance and progressive mode structures and is expanding to various municipal where they perform the practical sessions.
These have been the Psychosocial Support Center, the Day Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities "José Moya Trilla" day center for people with Alzheimer's, Department of City Services and Infrastructure, sports center, Center for Senior Day , Participation and Senior Municipal Center.
Of the 31 participants, a total of 26 have successfully completed the program and four of them have agreed to a standard employment.
In addition, seven participants have been part of other educational resources and training order, while 24 people have developed itineraries for improving socio family life.
The council has confirmed that his desire is to re-create a budget to, again, make the project next year.
