The full City Council today approved Totana, in extraordinary session, with the votes in favor of and against the PP PSOE and IU-Greens, the planned adjustment in the second provider payment plan that includes Royal Decree Law 4 / 2013, of 22 February, and that will repay the outstanding municipal debt to a total of 85 groups and associations or companies that did not respond to the previous program, amounting in total to EUR 962 908.
Associations and social groups and neighborhood Totana municipal debt may charge the Consistory has with them to date January 1, 2012, after adhering to that plan authorized by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, under Royal Decree of measures to support entrepreneurship and to stimulate growth and job creation.

Also approved the proposal of Councillor Heritage to carry out the final alteration of the legal status of public property, with the favorable votes of the PP and the abstention of the Socialist Group and United Left-Greens.
It was also agreed, unanimously, the motion of the Mayor to the City Council endorses and authorizes submission of the candidature of the reservoir of La Bastida argárico Award "Nostra'2013 Hispania", in the category of heritage conservation as factor of economic and social development.
Also, corporate approved, unanimously, the council's proposal and Facility Management Services City amended regulation on Municipal Water Supply Service.

It also eliminates the fee for licensing or authorization rush to the water network for the Virgen de las Huertas, equating it to the municipal network from 30 to 15 euros, equivalent to the rate of the rest of the town.
