The Sports Council has launched this November in Phase Local Basketball, Handball, Futsal and Volleyball Sports School, which is counting on the participation of 595 students from schools in Totana, corresponding to the categories Benjamin, juvenile, child, cadet and youth, both male and female form.
The schools participating in the baby and juvenile categories are Reina Sofía, Tierno Galvan, Santa Eulalia, La Cruz, La Milagrosa, Santiago, Regional, San José and Luis Perez Rueda.
While in the categories of children, cadet and youth participating centers are Juan de la Cierva, Mayor Prado, Reina Sofia and La Milagrosa.
This competition takes place throughout the school Friday afternoon, in the Municipal Sports Pavilion Manolo Ibáñez, as in the School Hall.
The top teams in this local phase have the opportunity to participate in Phase Intermunicipal summoning the Directorate General of Physical Activity and Sport in the Region of Murcia, in its own Program Sports School Age, where they will face the municipalities of Alhama, Aledo, Eagles, Mazarron, Puerto Lumbreras and Lorca.
