On Saturday November 10 was the traditional dinner hosted by the local board of Totana in favor of the Spanish Association Against Cancer that took place in a great family atmosphere.
A dinner which started at nine in the night at a popular restaurant in Totana, attended by 460 people, among which were the Mayor of Totana Dona Isabel Maria Sánchez Ruíz and other representatives of the Municipal Corporation.
Doña Julia de la Peña, president of the local board of Totana the AECC, and the Mayor addressed the audience thanked the collaboration of all the work and emphasizing prevention of disease in the Partnership in our locality.
After finishing dinner seventy were raffled gifts donated by various businesses, companies and individuals.
Also played two bingos in order to increase revenue for research and disease control.
The benefit of this dinner will go directly to the central account of the AECC and will be around 6,000 euros which come from outside the dinner, private donations, the collection of the two bingos and advertisements on billboards and from the sale of lottery tickets for Christmas.
The Local Board wants to thank his co Totana all attendees as well as countless businesses that donated gifts for raffles or collaborated in the lineup and costs of inputs.
