A score of students taking the course that the Councils Employment Promotion and Agriculture have launched "Prevention of Occupational Risks in the Agriculture sector."
This training, which is free for students, consists of 50 total hours and is approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Region of Murcia.
Of those 50 hours, 15 hours have been conducted outside the classroom in companies Totana agriculture sector.
The last day of the course are reserved for the examination of the CIFE Lorca.
The Association of Young Farmers-ASAJA is who teaches classes this training that has been developed at the Centre for Local Development in evening hours.
For content and length, it is the basic level course prevention training, so that students when completed, may serve as worker safety and prevention elementary tasks on any farm.
The students are learning all aspects of preventive detention law enforceable.
Thus, upon completion of the course, students will know what are the occupational hazards that exist across farm, how to prevent them and to avoid them, how to manage the prevention, risk assessment, information, tools, agricultural machinery, acknowledgments medical, personal protective equipment, basic first aid and emergency measures.
The mayors of Training and Employment, Mary Jose Baeza, and the Agriculture, Diego Munoz, welcomed students to the course of that "hope that it becomes a tool for delivering professional quality in their companies' .
They also took in an effort to encourage staff to improve their training daily.
