The Department of Social Services and Seniors reported that last Saturday was held food and brotherly coexistence of members of the Municipal Center Square Senior Balsa Vieja, with which officially begins the course of activities 2012/13 .
The meeting was held in the place "The Angel", by the sanctuary of Santa Eulalia, attended by the mayor, Maria Isabel Sanchez and Councilwoman Social Care, Maria Josefa Sanchez.
Last Friday was held the General Assembly of Members of the Senior Center "Plaza de la Balsa Vieja" which was agreed to establish the work plan for the year 2012/2013.
The nearly 2200 partners benefit from the center of activities, courses and events organized from the Board with the assistance of the Department of Social Care.
Thus, throughout the year will develop a range of services such as the library, physiotherapy, podiatry, New Technologies, fitness for seniors, podiatry, massage therapy, among other services.
In addition, there will be the traditional travel, festivals and other cultural activities.
